The 2000 Annual Meeting is jointly presented by the Medical Library Association and the Canadian Health Libraries Association.   • 2:30-4 p.m.: Invited Paper Session: "Hedges/Filters for Evidence-Based Literature," presented by Ann McKibbon, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario

  • 4-6 p.m.: NAHRS Executive Board Meeting (Pan Pacific Hotel, Governor General Suite C)

  • 9-10:30 a.m.: Contributed Papers Sessions:

    • "Walking Hand-in-Hand: Consumer Health Advocacy," co-sponsored by Consumer and Patient Health Information, Hospital Libraries, and NAHRS

    • "Outreach to Public Health Professionals: Demystifying the Drago of Population-Based Service," co-sponsored by Public Health/Health Administration Section, the Outreach SIG, and NAHRS
